NOTES ON SHIPPING:
Please include a copy of your ownership guide if possible.
We recommend any of the private shippers (FedEx, UPS, DHL), plus USPS insured or USPS registered. Any of those options will give you a tracking or confirmation number. Please don’t send jewelry boxes, they can be damaged in the mail and always use a box. Jewelry placed in envelopes often pokes through, which can cause damage, loosen opal or become lost. Include a contact name, phone number and return address with every repair.
OUR RETIALERS:
Return Authorization numbers are no longer required, so there’s no need to call in before sending your repairs. Simply use your store name and the date you are sending your packages as your RA number. You may also include your own internal job number and we can track repairs by either. Remember to provide your name, address, phone number and instructions with every order.
TIMELINES:
As always, repair timelines are still approximately two to four weeks. There can be exceptions and in such a case we will contact you.
